In-order to obtain full download and upload speeds on the Draytek range of products, Users should ask Be* customer services to configure the 'Customer ISAM port' with the Service-Profile 20"

I would also like to know if this setting is required for the Vigor 100 before purchasing.

When using the 2820 router this is NOT necessary.

Can someone let me know if this required on the 2820n router please? I guess the poster above comment's refer to the whole range however I'd like that clarification.

Thanks

Neil

The whole range of 2820 routers will work without problems.
They are all the same basic router, but the other models have added functions such as wireless or VOIP.

This change doesn't seem to be needed for the V2700 series.  This router works fine as it is with O2 ADSL2+.  (Same as Be.)

Is this an issue for all Draytek products or just a subset? Specifically, is this an issue for the Vigor 110 modem?

Cheers

As has already been said in posts above, this is a problem with older modems / routers.
The 2820 range of routers is not affected.
As for the vigor 110 modem, I think it uses the same ADSL chipset as the 2820 and so should not be affected, but I have not used one and so I am unable to positively confirm this.
